1. How old do I need to be to get a tattoo?The legal age in the UK is 18, so I will not tattoo anyone under 18 years of age.

2. How can I book a tattoo appointment with Andy?All bookings are handled directly via Instagram, Facebook, or email. Just send a message with your idea, placement, and any reference images. I’ll get back to you with availability and next steps.

3. Where is the studio located?The studio is based near Grimsby, Lincolnshire, 3B Peaks Lane, New Waltham, DN36 4QL.

4. Do you accept walk-ins?No – I work by appointment only

5. What styles of tattooing do you specialise in?I specialise in black & grey, realism, fine line, and custom large-scale work. Every design is unique and built around your ideas.

6. How do I get a price estimate?Send me a message on Instagram, Facebook, or via email with your idea, placement, and approximate size. I’ll provide an estimate based on that information.

7. How far in advance do I need to book?Booking times can vary depending on the season and demand. I recommend reaching out at least a few weeks in advance, especially for larger tattoos.

8. Do you require a deposit?Yes – once your appointment is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. I’ll send you all the details during the booking process.

10. What should I do before my tattoo session?To prepare for your appointment: Get a good night’s sleep Eat a solid meal beforehand Stay hydrated Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours Bring some sugary snacks

11. Do you offer hand, neck, or face tattoos?Yes – I do offer hand, finger, neck, and face tattoos, but only when it fits with your existing work and overall coverage.

12. What payment methods do you accept?I accept cash and bank transfers for both deposits and payments on the day. Please note that I do not have a card machine.

13. Do you offer consultations before booking?Yes – I’m happy to offer a consultation prior to your appointment, either via message or in-person if needed.

14. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?Yes – if you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice, then your deposit can be transferred to a new date. No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.

16. Do you provide tattoo aftercare advice?Absolutely. I’ll walk you through the full aftercare routine at the end of your session. Aftercare products are also available at the studio.

17. Do you offer touch-ups?Yes – one free touch-up is included in the price of your tattoo, if needed, within 3 months of your appointment. This does include areas prone to fading, like fingers and hands, but is reflected in the initial price estimate for these areas due to the higher likelihood of a touch-up being needed.

18. Can I use numbing cream?Yes, you can use numbing cream by prior arrangement, but it’s not recommended for your first tattoo. If you choose to use it, please: Use a reputable brand from a trusted supplier Follow the application instructions carefully, or message me for more comprehensive advice if you're unsure Patch-test it on your skin before your appointment to avoid any allergic reactions, which may delay or prevent your appointment.
